They say America was built on the backs of farmers. That’s 100% true, and farmers have always been a very good representation of the what this country is made of. Simple, hard-working, honest folk.
Today there aren’t as many farmers as there were 100 years ago. That doesn’t mean they’re any less reputable, and any less hard working than they once were.
In fact, now they’ve got to work harder to survive thanks to the government meddling with farming.
When one farmer by the name of Johnny Georges went to Hollywood to pitch his business idea to the business people on “Shark Tank,” he was showing the rest of the world just what kind of grit the good people of America are made of.
Turned down three times on the show, it’s what happens at the end of the video that will make your heart swell with pride.
Check it out.
Johnny Georges didn’t invent his product to make money.
He did it so he could help other people.
He didn’t ask the government to help others. Instead he relied on the power of the free market to take ingenuity and spread it to others.
How cool is that?
