President Donald Trump had an interview with CBS’ John Dickerson this weekend, and it was quite the doozy. While most of it aired on Dickerson’s “Face the Nation” — a show Trump jokingly called “Deface the Nation” — a clip that aired on “CBS This Morning” has been turning a lot of heads.
In the clip, the president can be seen shooing away Dickerson after the CBS host continued to pry about the claims the president made about the Obama administration’s involvement in surveillance of the Trump campaign.
Dickerson began by asking about whether the former president had given him any good advice.
“Well, he was very nice to me. But after that, we’ve had some difficulties,” the president said. “So it doesn’t matter. You know, words are less important to me than deeds. And you — you saw what happened with surveillance. And everybody saw what happened with surveillance …”
