Celebs TRIGGERED As Gov Signs This Bill

Liberal celebrities are fuming after learning that they can’t force people to live like them.

Over 50 celebrities endorsed a letter to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp threatening to take their Hollywood business elsewhere if Kemp signed House Bill 481, aka the “heartbeat” abortion bill.

“We want to stay in Georgia. We want to continue to support the wonderful people, businesses and communities we have come to love in the Peach State,” read the  celebrity endorsed letter. “But we will not do so silently, and we will do everything in our power to move our industry to a safer state for women if H.B. 481 becomes law. You have a choice, gentlemen. We pray you make the right one.”

However Kemp did not budge. He declared he would not sacrifice his values for money in a statement he gave the eve before he signed the bill.

“I can’t govern because I’m worried about what someone in Hollywood thinks about me. I ran the last two years on these issues, and I got elected with the largest number of votes in the history of the state of Georgia, and I’m doing what I told people I would do … Our business environment’s good. We cannot change our values of who we are for money. And we’re not going to do that. That’s what makes our state great,” Kemp said.

The bill will require physicians to search for a fetal heartbeat before performing an abortion, and outlaws performing an abortion if a heartbeat is detected unless medical complications with the birth develop.

Pro-abortion advocates are expected to fight the bill in court.

  1. I doubt that anyone in Georgia really gives a (blank) about what those so-called “Celebrities” think about anything. A thimble full of moon dust has more morality and brains than all of them combined!

    • We just need to start Boycotting any and all of these celebrities, so called “stars” or any other businesses that think, it’s ok, to murder the innocent, just because they think the idiot that was stupid enough to get pregnant in this day and age, is smart enough to make a life and death decision, about the most innocent, precious life. Let’s not wait for them to make their move. Let’s take the first step and keep our money out of their pockets, so we can shut them up from the get go. We should have been doing it a long time ago. Just think of how many innocent lives could have been saved…

      • We started boycotting Hollywood a couple of years ago. My husband and I refuse to go to the movies at all. We don’t buy their DVDs. And, as the stars show their true colors, we toss out any DVDs and CDs that we own. Movies and music, both.

    • AS A WORKER IN THE MID-AMERICA FILM INDUSTRY, I KNOW THAT GEORGIA HAS BECOME THE FILM-MAKING CAPITAL OF THE U.S. AND THESE HAS-BEENS HAVE NO INFLUENCE IN WHO WILL FILM IN GA. THAT IS BETWEEN THE GA FILM COMMISSION AND THE FILM MAKER. IF THE INCENTIVES IN GA ARE MORE FAVORABLE THERE THAN IN NORTH CAROLINA, NEW YORK, OR LA, ETC., THE FILM WILL BE MADE THERE. ONE OF THESE DAYS, THIS GAGGLE OF OVER THE-HILL-STARS WILL BE SITTING ON A STREET CORNER WITH AN EYE PATCH AND TIN CUP IF THEY HAVEN’T INVESTED THEIR MONEY WISELY, SINCE THEY’RE NO LONGER RELEVANT, AS ARE MOST OF THE FILMS COMING OUTTA’ HOLLYWOOD.

  2. Good for the Governor who cares what these Hollywood murdering idiots think. I am glad he stood his ground and signed the bill. These Hollywood people are hypocrites they say they will boycott Georgia but once they are offered a part they will forget about the boycott they care more about money than anything else.

  3. So 50 Hollywood leftist elites discovered that you cannot buy his morals or use blackmail and corrosion to force people to adopt your nonexistent morality. So pull your money out of Georgia, I am sure it will survive without you. Boo hoo, it is hard when bullies who threaten to take their ball and go home if everyone does not play by their rules are called on it! now you have to either leave (doubtful, I am sure your paychecks will mean more to you then your so-called values) or pack it in and go home. The choice is yours but I don’t think the people of Georgia care one way or another – which is the hardest thing for the ill-educated, brainless narcissists in Hollywierd to take- their own irrelevancy!

  4. The bill, which of course Hollywood elites up in arms, is obviously the right course of action. When did it become fashionable to kill a beating heart, just because it’s inconvenient for mother. That heart has a right to a life period

  5. Why are democrats so intent on killing babies. Since most aborted babies are African American, democrats must really hate blacks.

  6. I am proud to live in Georgia if we could just educate Atlanta this would be a much better state even though I wasn’t born in the south I love living here I will forever be a southern proud southern loud supporter of true equality For ALL

  7. That sounded a lot like bullying by empty headed cowards. The Hollywood trash have no business trying to intimidate and extort (which is illegal) the people and administration of Georgia. California is in the toilet so they are trying to demolish other states.

  8. So proud of the Georgia governor. He is not letting Hollywood trash scare him. God bless you and the state of Georgia.

  9. YAY for Georgia!! I would that ALL of the States is the US would do the same!! Thank you Governor Kemp! Correct – those Hollywood leftist are on the wrong road. Let’s wake up America! America Bless God and His Ways not the ways of the liberals.

  10. The spirit of the anti-Christ is with “US” today, here in Babylon II! R.I.P. USA, your days are definitely numbered – 666! ADIOS AMIGOS ( pun intended!)

  11. I’m very proud of our Governor for standing up for his beliefs and not bowing down to these idiots in Ca. that think everybody should do as they say do! Sooooo glad Stacy Abrams didn’t win the vote!!!

  12. Does the GOP even get past grade school? Such ignorance. How do you expect ANYONE to believe the mindless trash you peddle?

  13. These Hollywood folks pass their bodies around to each other like dogs in heat….You know what happens after that, right? The dogs feed their babies and the liberals butcher theirs…….Take your trail of .BLOOD back to where you came from……clean up your own pig sty before you try your emotional torture tactics on a governor whose has got the guts to do what is right!

  14. The medical profession, first responders, law enforcement, and even life insurance companies legally determine if a person is alive by listening for a heart beat. This has been since man has been recorded. Why do these sick, sick sickies think they are better than man or woman. A heart beat is a heart beat and means life. Tell these murderers where to go and ignore what ever they do. They dont have a brain maybe they dont have a heart beat and can be buried.

  15. Blackmail??? Maybe these Liberals would like a case of ‘Fire for Fire’, none of the movies you are involved in can be broadcast to any feed into Georgia… HOW ABOUT THAT??!!

  16. Please…this isn’t news. The Hollyweird ilk are always complaining. I hope none of you elitist fools come to Georgia…I hope that movie studio here in Georgia burns to the ground. You folks are not welcome here anyway. You folks pretend for a living…PRETEND GEORGIA GIVES A D*MN!!

  17. The irony is astounding – pro-choice “celebrities” PRAYING that the Georgia legislatures make the “right” choice regarding abortion legislation. What do these people know about praying? Most of them are new-age, pro-globalist atheists who would gladly welcome communism for the masses, just as they welcome abortion. Abortion is merely the first step in making state sponsored murder more palpable to society. Eventually, we’ll see the death camps for political dissidents (Christians, among others) and, by then, society will be programmed to see it as necessary for the good of the whole. Will these elitist Hollywood frauds still be praying by then? Don’t bet on it… they’ll be active in the upper ranks of the party that brought all of this horror about in the first place.

  18. Morality should never be sold at any price. I applaud Georgia’s Governor and their legislature for standing on high ground.
