What in the world was going on in there…
CBS News reported that shrieking and shouting was heard in disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell the morning that he was pronounced dead, citing a source familiar with the situation.
After supposedly hanging himself, Epstein was discovered unresponsive in his jail cell on the afternoon of August 10. According to CBS, guards trying to revive him said, “Breathe, Epstein, breathe.”
He was declared dead after being taken to New York Downtown Hospital in cardiac arrest.

It is reported that the officers who were expected to inspect Epstein every 30 minutes after his first effort to hang himself weeks ago neglected to do so because both worked overtime, the chairman of the local union for prison staffers informed The Washington Post on Sunday.
The chief medical examiner from New York City, Barbara Sampson, concluded on Sunday an autopsy of Epstein’s corpse but said the findings were “pending further data,” according to WaPo.
Attorney General William Barr announced that the Justice Department and the FBI are looking into his suicide.
“We will get to the bottom of what happened and there will be accountability,” Barr said. “I was appalled and frankly angry to learn of the MCC’s failure to adequately secure this prisoner.”
The billionaire faced up to 45 years in jail on allegations of underage women involved in sex trafficking.
